About Us

Cheshire Joint Injections provides specialist musculoskeletal assessment and ultrasound-led clinical decision-making for joint, tendon, and soft-tissue pain.

Our work is centred on clarity: understanding the source of pain, interpreting imaging in real time, and determining the most appropriate next step for each individual. For some patients this includes ultrasound-guided injection. For others, it does not. The focus is always on making the right decision, not defaulting to treatment.

Clinical Approach

Every appointment begins with a structured clinical assessment supported by diagnostic ultrasound at the point of care. This allows findings on imaging to be interpreted alongside symptoms, movement, and function, rather than in isolation.

Where intervention is appropriate, ultrasound-guided injection may be recommended and delivered with a focus on accuracy, safety, and clear clinical indication. Where it is not, patients receive a clear explanation, guidance on alternative management options, and onward referral when required.

This approach is designed to reduce unnecessary procedures, improve decision quality, and ensure patients understand both what is being recommended and why.
